How every batch earns its certificate
From incoming coil to final release, each stage is inspected and recorded — so the paperwork on delivery reflects exactly what we made.
Incoming material
Every coil is checked against its mill certificate — grade, heat number and chemistry verified before forming.
In-process control
Dimensions, wall thickness and weld integrity are monitored on the line with documented inspection points.
Laboratory testing
Tensile, flattening, hydrostatic and NDT checks confirm mechanical and weld performance to standard.
Certified release
Results are compiled into an EN 10204 3.1 certificate and the batch is released with full traceability.

Questions buyers ask us
Do you provide mill test certificates with every order?
Yes. Every delivery ships with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate as standard, documenting chemical composition, mechanical properties and dimensional results for the supplied batch. EN 10204 3.2 certificates with third-party endorsement are available on request.
Can certificates be issued to a specific project or consignee?
They can. We issue certificates referencing your purchase order, project name and consignee details so documentation slots straight into your QA and submittal packages.
Do you allow third-party inspection (TPI)?
Absolutely. We routinely host TPI agencies such as SGS, TÜV and Bureau Veritas for stage inspections, witness testing and final release. Let us know your requirements at the enquiry stage so we can plan inspection hold points.
Are your certificates accepted for export and GCC markets?
Yes. Our ISO and API certifications are issued by internationally recognised bodies, and we provide SASO/SABER conformity for the Saudi market plus export documentation specified to each destination.
