A single integrated steel plant in Dammam
Rouad Steel is a Saudi manufacturer of steel pipes, hollow sections and flat-rolled steel products, supplying the construction, energy, infrastructure and fabrication sectors across the Kingdom and the wider GCC. Every product — from square and rectangular tubes to Sch40 pipe, sheet, plate and corrugated roofing — is formed, finished and tested inside our 50,000 m² facility in the 2nd Industrial City, Dammam.
Keeping forming, welding, galvanizing, cutting and testing under one roof gives us full control over quality, lead time and price. Orders ship with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates, and our in-house CNC fiber-laser facility lets us deliver custom-cut parts straight from your CAD files.

Six controlled stages take raw coil and plate through to a finished, tested and packed product — every step monitored and recorded in-house.

High-Frequency Welding
Continuous HF welding fuses the seam, which is then normalised and scarfed for a clean, tested bond.

Pre-galvanized and hot-dip galvanizing options deliver long-life corrosion protection for outdoor and structural use.

Cutting & Laser
Automated cut-to-length and CNC fiber-laser cutting produce exact lengths and custom profiles to ±0.1 mm.

What steel products does Rouad Steel manufacture?
We produce square tubes, rectangular tubes, round pipes, Sch40 pipes, cold- and hot-rolled sheets, chequered plate, hot-rolled black sheet and corrugated roofing sheet — plus custom CNC fiber-laser cutting of sheet, plate and tube.
Where is your factory located?
Our integrated 50,000 m² plant is in the 2nd Industrial City, Dammam 31421, Eastern Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We supply across KSA and the GCC.
Do you provide mill test certificates?
Yes. Every order ships with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates covering chemical composition, mechanical properties and dimensional tolerances.
Can you cut custom shapes and lengths?
Yes. We offer automated cut-to-length and CNC fiber-laser cutting up to 20 mm thickness to ±0.1 mm, working directly from your CAD files or drawings.
What are your typical lead times?
Common sizes held in stock ship within 1–2 weeks. Custom production runs are typically 3–6 weeks depending on size, finish and quantity.
Do you supply galvanized products?
Yes — pre-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized finishes are available across our hollow sections and pipe, along with black, oiled, primed and painted options.
